A+: Brand New - Factory sealed & unopened.

A: Near Mint - None to very few scratches and/or none to minor damage. Also can be applied to factory sealed items where the seal was compromised.

A-: Excellent - Very few scratches and/or minute damage. Also applies to factory sealed where the seal was compromised.

B: Very Good - A minor amount of visible scratches, marks and/or minor damage.

B-: Good - A moderate amount of visible scratches, scuffs, marks and/or minor damage

C: Acceptable - Multiple visible scratches, marks, scuffs and/or major damage.

D: Poor - This applies to a product that is below "Acceptable". Product has received over it's time extensive damage making it a less desirable product to own. Discs without cases will also fall under this rating. It will be listed under the term "Worn" in eBay condition category.

Shipping Details
Items will be originally handled by Canada Post. We ship all Audio Cassettes, 8-Tracks and Compact Discs in bubble mailers.

All shipments with the exception of Canada will be by air.

Any taxes, duties or additional charges that may occur during shipment or as a result of shipping will be left to the buyer. We do apologize as we are not set up to prepay custom fees at this time.

Refund Conditions
If product is defective, customer has 30 days from receiving goods to request a return. Product must be returned in the same condition as sold.
