All items are obtained through public sales and auctions of storage units and estate sales, therefore, we can not guarantee any items are free of smoke or animal dander.

We launder all clothes, bedding and fabric unless dry cleaning is needed (buyer responsible for dry cleaning), but DO NOT wash or clean antiques or vintage items or items that may be damaged  or scratched during cleaning process.
