Provenance: seller is 77 years old(shhhh, don't tell anyone).  Mother remarked that the dogs ''' belonged to grandmother."  [Well, yours or mine?] The dogs held forth on the fireplace mantel. Mother's pets were poodles, her mother adopted whichever pooch trotted up the path, and her grandmother loved Pomerians. Why the Doxies? No idea.

More than a few years ago, seller purchased vintage metal horses-- Gladys Brown Edwards, specifically. One goldy finished GBE (damaged) was sent to a professional metals genius. He cold painted the horse to a rich copper with an aged brass highlights.  Older pieces may be base or pot metal with cold paint formulas long since lost.

Condition: Lightly rinsed with water but debris evident at many angles.  Pitting along the backs.   (A) Extended Tail of one dog. Why is it extended when the other is tucked--a repair or factory? With a corrected 10X lens, seller believes the tail is as was made.

RETURN: If you are not completely satisfied I will happily accept a return. Seller requests that within one week of receipt you agree to send notice so seller can anticipate their return.
