In 60s, 70s and 80s of the 20th century the Jenoptem 8x30 model was manufactured. Most probably it was the instrument of identical construction but for the civilian market. The Jenoptem is a classic device with achromatic objectives and porro prisms. 

The binoculars are in good used cosmetic condition, please see photography provided.
