Presented for the Scott Magner and Miller Second Annual Horse Show in San Francisco 1916 Hunter Class won by Esperanza.
The vase is heavy weight solid Sterling Silver and is marked for Shreve & Co Sterling out of San Francisco.
There is one very tiny ping on the edge of the base.
The vase weighs a hefty 378 grams. The very top part of the pedestal base is slightly weighted for stability.
Shines nicely but could probably use a touch-up polish.
A lovely trumpet vase to use or an interesting piece of historical Equestrian memorabilia.
