The item for sale is a fine Mary Shooner redware flying bird. The piece as shown is in great condition with a great colorful design and made to look like its from the 19th century. There is some glaze loss on the tail. Sometimes they are made that way. Not sure if that was the intent on this one.  It is pictured. The item is 1 7/8" tall and 4 3/8" from head to tail.
