Item is used and has noticeable wear on the cover. Most significant is that the front cover is partly detached from the pages. There is folding on the bottom right corner of the cover and for the first few pages. There is also tears/wrinkling. The pages overall look good, with some folding, and a couple areas of small stains and tears. Please see photos for overall condition.
