Item is a tv related toy puppet.  Willie the duck was a puppet used by Don Riggs on the channel 11 local news in Pittsburgh in the early 1970’s.  Willie became popular in Pittsburgh.  Puppet is complete with the pipe cleaner hair on its head and the boggle eyes.  The beak has chipping and cracked as can see in pictures.      A must for the fan and collector.
