This is a neat, relatively uncommon cover sent from Windhoek, South West Africa, to a friend or relative in Berlin, Germany, on September 14, 1925! The sender was also German.

To continue, as for the condition of the purple, 2-d, overprinted South African definitive, outside of a once-folded perf at its bottom right corner, and a slightly shorter top, left corner perf, it's in quite good shape! The green, 1/2-d. SA issue to its left is in quite good condition, but has some minute toning on one perf at its top, and a slight crease in its top, left perf. The other, 1/2-d. SA issue is in pretty good condition, but more than half of the perfs at its right side appear to have either been folded under the rest of the stamp prior to it being affixed to the envelope, or were cut off. The S.O.N. cancels from the Windhoek P.O. are pretty fine, but are a bit light/faded/smudged in some areas.

Lastly, as for the condition of the cover, it is pretty good for something over 98 years old! It's pretty clean! There are some minor creases here and there. While the back flap is intact, it does have a large tear in it due to how the mail was opened so long ago. Noted imperfections aside, this is a nifty piece of South West African postal history!
