If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must advise us via message within 14 days of receipt of your order - please do not return any goods before contacting us. We aim to reply to your email within 24 hours during opening hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) to advise you on the returns process and address.
All returned items must be complete, in the original packaging and in an unused re-saleable condition. A full refund of the order total will be made using the original payment method. Please be advised that you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
