Vintage Military Storage Chest. Piece was is an empty carpenter / tool chest.

Chest has original drab green paint. Heavy duty wood case with metal riveted hardware that reinforces corners and edges. Piece sit flat and flush. Lid works great and has hardware that allows the lid to sit ajar. The front lock down clasps are all working. The front hasp is able to add a padlock. Lid seats down and seals tight. The metal two way handles are in great shape on each side. Has US black stencil on top of lid. Inside of lid has original contents paper. Also included, is a paper form with all the tool inserts. Clean inside. Chest measures approx 37 1/2" long x 22 1/2" deep x 10" tall.
