Vans and Truck Tops can suffer badly with condensation. Grafo Therm can stop the condensation forming and subsequently dripping onto tools and machinery.

Vans

To treat standard van roofs for condensation we recommend only the metal roof is sprayed. Vehicles with a “high top” type roof, we recommend coating the entire fibre glass roof down to where it meets the metal sides. Usually this is around 300mm / 12 inches. Luton type vans coat only the roof.

Applying the coating is a very simple process. Apply polythene masking to the sides, floor and doors. If treating a vehicle without a bulk head, mask the cab off. Spray apply the coating with our kits, using the same method as treating shipping containers. Videos can be found in the video section
