The best I can tell is this is "The Opening" of the Qur'an, or Surah Al-Fatiha. Papyrus or parchment appears in good condition. Frame and glass appear in good condition. Paper backing of frame is split in places as seen in pictures. Frame/glass could use some cleaning. Item is heavy.
