You get a 19th century official printed and handwritten document from November 24, 1869, paid December 17, 1869, with a 5 cent internal revenue certificate stamp affixed.  From Ashland, Ohio.  You get the document illustrated, designed like a bank check, written on two sides of a piece of paper. Small vignette of a lion guarding a safe.  Stamp with circular bank cancel: date, name of bank and town.
