You get a 19th century official printed and handwritten document from November 24, 1869, paid December 17, 1869, with a 5 cent internal revenue certificate stamp affixed.  From Ashland, Ohio.  You get the document illustrated, designed like a bank check, written on two sides of a piece of paper. Small vignette of a lion guarding a safe.  Stamp with circular bank cancel: date, name of bank and town.  

This document appears to be a note promissory to pay $66.65 with interest, and the reverse indicates that $67 was paid the following month.  Provides a fascinating glimpse of life and taxation in the 19th century.  Low buy it now.  Overall nice condition, see photos of document you will receive.   This is a 150-plus year-old paper document that may show some foxing, stains, tears, folds or other flaws.
