BRAND NEW. NEW WITH TAGS. NEW OLD STOCK.

Purchased 2005. New, unused, with tags. Outer packaging is discolored. Tiara still wrapped in plastic. Generic photo on package label is not a picture of this item. I could not find a stock photo of this specific tiara (discontinued). It looks as though the silver tarnished in some places and discolored the stones. I am unsure whether or not it will clean. I did my best to photograph through the plastic wrap for details (Looks much prettier in person). PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.
