The blouse has been washed and is in wearable condition. The back buttons up with handmade thread chains instead of button holes. The crochet lace covers the netting on the front and also adorns the cuffs. There are a few tiny holes, nothing large and the fabric has a little stretch. There is no label and the top is totally shear. 

The hook is missing at the waist line, there are some holes. at the back neck collar area on the right side.
