I ended up with the paperwork of Capt. Wilf Barrey of the Canadian Army who late in his career served with ICSC, the International Commission on Supervision and Control in Laos.  Really, official Canadian items from the Vietnam war are really rare because most Canadians served in the American military as Green Card soldiers.  Comparatively few ICSC medals were awarded to Canadians.

This is a 1966 invitation on heavy card stock to cocktails at the kind behest of Captain. Clarence Lee Webb.  I couldn't actually track him down.  American military perhaps.  Or Canadian?

It would be easy to think of these parties and teas as frilly wastes of time paid for by the taxpayers but they were a very effective way of getting ICSC personnel together to compare notes and discuss important business amongst themselves and with foreign nationals.

INFO below is a timeline that can be drawn for Capt. Barrey from paper items he saved.

Capt. Wilfred Clair Barrey of Dunville Ont. was a member of the Irish Canadian Regiment, PABV's and later Black Watch. He rose from Private to CQMS by 1943 and then shipped to England for officer's training at the CIC school. Some timeline notes of his career are:
