Drawstring closure has torn over time and is now just knotted to cinch the waist. The broken piece is tied up with the rest, and could be sewn back together if you wanted to restore the drawstring to original functionality.

The hem is tacked with an adhesive that is wearing out, would have to be re-adhered.
