Up for sale is this set of 3 framed San Francisco Victorian House Prints. They each measure overall 7 3/4" by 5 3/4" counting the frame. Each has a bit of information on the back side. Glass is good in the frames. The wooden framed edges has some wear here and there to the paint as pictured. I don't usually deal in prints or pictures, but these were so darn cute! And also such a nice bit of history! Please check out the photos and my e-bay store for more wonderful holiday items and primitives! The last few odd photos is of some of my other e-bay offerings available for purchase separately in my e-bay store while they last. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases when possible.
Shipping: We strive to pack our items well so they are delivered to you in one piece! Please note: Fed Ex does NOT ship to PO boxes! If you need this shipped to a PO box please select and pay for priority mail shipping.
PAYMENT: Payment is due immediately unless other arrangements have been made. A nonpaying bidder report will be filed promptly on the 3rd day if payment has not been received.
Returns: All items must be returned in the exact same condition as when they were shipped out to you. They must not be damaged, altered, washed, worn, have any tags removed. If it is a new item it must be in it's original unopened packaging.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
