You are viewing a fabulous,
BNWOT Vintage 1920's Round Brown Lens, 'Pince-nez' Sun-Shades Sunglasses for Spectacles!
This is a fabulous pair of round sunglasses/ sunshades from approx the 1920's-1930s! They are part of a 'Deadstock' consignment from a warehouse in South Africa, of Vintage jewellery and haberdashery and other small, decorative items from all over the world, over a period from 1920's to the 1960's, all new and previously unused/ unworn! They are made in a pince-nez style, (but do not stay up on their own!) with clear round frames held together by a silver metal bridge across the top. There are clips at either side, and the bridge allows a certain amount of expansion, so the item can be clipped to round glasses of this period. The lenses are brown tinted glass. In new & unworn condition!
If the final value of this item is above £20, it MUST be sent on a tracked delivery, so please ensure you select the correct option at checkout!
The sunglasses measure 3 5/8" to 4" across the frame and are 1 3/4" in diameter. The glasses have some dustiness from storage but are otherwise unused.
Please read the listing in full and supersize all photos as I do not take returns on Vintage items, so items are bought as seen and described.
