A stunning antique solid silver tea strainer and drip bowl. They are both marked with the makers mark SWW the base has an addition 800 silver standard mark, they both tests as such. I would date them to c1950s. They have been beautifully handmade being plannished and are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. The strainer measures approx. 3.5 inches (8.7cm) across including the handle and 2 inches (5cm) across excluding it by 2.25 inches (6cm) wide by 1 inch (2.6cm) tall and the bowl measures almost 3 inches (7.3cm) across the base by 2.25 inches (6cm) wide by 1.25 inches (3cm) tall and they have a combined weight 52 grams. A beautifully made unusual set.
