Complete with red-line tires and RLC Button. New in factory sealed packaging. The plastic blister has a bend/break on the underside right - see photo. Remainder of blister is excellent. Card has good coloring - that is a flash glare at the top over the punch hold - all color is there. Card backing also has slight bends on the bottom corners. but it is 55 years old.
