Phil's Coins is locally owned and operated in Wichita, Kansas and has been serving customers in the region for over 25 years. 
We are a full service coin shop with the largest inventory of Collectible Coins in the state. 
Phil's Coins is BBB accredited with an A+ rating, as well as a member of the ANA and a certified dealer for PCGS, PCGS Currency, NGC, and PMG.

Payment

Preferred method of payment is PayPal. 
All purchases must be paid in full within 5 days of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made. 
Unpaid items will be re-listed.

Shipping

All parcels are shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Other forms of shipping may be considered upon request and may incur additional shipping charges for the customer. 
All packages valued over $500 will include signature confirmation. 
Customer may opt out of "signature confirmation" but is responsible for any lost parcels. 

Terms

Returns

Buyer must contact a Phil's Coins website employee within 10 days of item delivery for a full refund or exchange of damaged products. 
Returns will be accepted for items received in sub nominal condition. 
Some products are "used" in nature and are not subject to returns for normal "wear and tear". 
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. 
All items that derive their value from a precious metal will be subject to a buy back policy based on the current market value of said metal. 
Receipt by and/or signature for a parcel by any Phil's Coins employee or representative does not constitute acceptance of a return.
