If our carriers do not recognize the shipping address, we may cancel the order and provide customers a full refund to prevent cases where items get lost in transit.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy for all domestic orders. Customers who wish to return their item can either reach out to us for instruction or initiate a return request on eBay.
We will follow up with instruction. In order to obtain full refunds, we ask that customers return products in new, uninstalled conditions. Once we receive the product back, we will do a quick inspection and then proceed with processing the refund - please allow us a few business days for this process to complete.
All shipping fees on orders outside of the 48 continental United States are the responsibility of the customer.
