This auction is for a vintage 1980's ceramic napkin holder or perhaps a wash cloth holder for a bathroom.
It features an off white background with peach tulip like flowers and minty green leaves.
This piece is 5" h on the backside, 4" high on the front. 7" long and 3 3/4" wide on the base. Inside slot is 2" wide.
No maker marks and maker is unknown.
