Important message for all international customers
We only use eBays Global Shipping for International dispatch and will not change the service, so please don’t request we use another provider.
This means we are responsible for shipping to a central UK location and once they have received the parcels, eBays shipping provider does the rest. This includes all compliance with specific countries import taxes / duties.
It’s important to note that we do not send any invoices for international purchases. eBay send all the invoices and we do not have any control over their costs.
The only part we can influence is the cost of shipping to the UK consolidation centre. Any reduction in the cost of shipping associated with multiple purchases and consolidation of purchases can only be issued after payment and can only be completed in the form of a refund.
