Delivery
All our orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, either same day, on by next working day.
UK Shipping
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Free postage is via Royal Mail 48 hours fully tracked and signed service. Delivery is normally within 2 working days. You can choose to upgrade to faster delivery if your order is urgent at an additional cost. Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed before 1pm next working day) is also available.
International Shipping
We offer competitive international shipping rates for our international customers. All orders outside of the UK are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For (EMS), which is a recorded service requiring a signature on delivery.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order at any time, up to 7 working days from the day you receive it. You must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing by email & quoting your order details.
Any delivery costs are only refundable on items returned which are faulty. If you have changed your mind, delivery costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession; they must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition. You as the customer would be responsible for return shipping costs. We would advise using a tracked/insured shipping service.
