This is music from the original London production of Evita, an opera based on the life story of Eva Peron (1919-1952), the wife of Juan Peron, the former President of Argentina. The opera was written by Andrew Lloyd Weber and produced by Mr. Weber and Tim Rice, who also wrote the lyrics. (A lyric sheet is enclosed.) The London Philharmonic Orchestra is conducted by Anthony Bowles. Both records are rated VG+ and sound great. The jacket has both shelf wear and ring wear, but remains in very acceptable condition. The records were formerly owned by a public library and all labels are have a library sticker and a date stamp. Please see images. The inner sleeves are generic. I play all of my records at least once before grading. None of this grading by visual sighting only. Shipped by USPS Media Mail.
