SHIPPING:
Postage and packaging is charged at the cheapest possible rate. We predominantly use Evri for the budget post option, and APC for express postage. Parcels are picked, packed and dispatched on Thursdays or Fridays however, when possible, we try and increase this but it is not guaranteed.
We try to reuse packaging materials in order to help minimise our impact on landfill so, your package may arrive padded out with cardboard, paper, plastic, bubble wrap, foam etc that has previously been used.
Please note, that Postage & Packaging quoted for the UK Mainland only and excludes the Highlands, Islands and Northern Island. If in doubt please email before purchasing as and additional cost may apply. Shipping to the following post codes will be surcharged: AB, FK19-21, IV, PA, PH, KW, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25.

RETURN POLICY & GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Policy:
We accept payment through eBay, Paypal or cash on collection. Items will not be dispatched until payment is cleared, and payments to be made 72-hours of the time of purchase/end of auction.
No Faulty Return Policy:
If you change your mind, or any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and, you wish to return the item, you must notify us via the link in "My eBay" within 14 days of receiving delivery. We are happy to refund the cost of the item or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. Please note that we will not refund delivery costs if you return and item that is not faulty. If any item is returned for a refund and is not in its original packaging and not complete with all accessories, a maximum of 75% of the item sales price is refunded. The exact percentage of refund will be determined by what is missing. Once the return item is received we will quality and security check (see below) the item and then contact you with regards to the refund.
We ask that you kindly allow us up to 7 working days from when we receive delivery for us to refund you however, will endeavor to issue a refund before this time.
Auction format listings do not qualify for the "No Fault Return Policy".
Faulty Goods Policy:
If your product is faulty upon arrival or develops a fault during the 14 days following delivery, then you must first notify us of the problem via the link in "My eBay". We will happily replace or refund your item including the cost of delivery once the original product has been returned and it has passed the quality and security checks (see below). Refunds or exchanges can only be issued once an item has been returned to us and tested faulty. If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have the fault described, or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
We ask that you kindly allow us up to 7 working days from when we receive delivery for us to test and issue a refund should the item be tested faulty.
Security Checks:
Unfortunately, due to a growing number of people attempting to return faulty items having not bought from us, we invisibly security mark all our products, and note serial numbers if applicable. Therefore, in the event of a customer return we can check it is indeed the same item originally dispatched. If the item is found not to be the original item dispatched, no refund will be given and the cost of the postage to return the item back to you will be at your expense.
