This listing is for a vintage-style, cast iron draught horse. Horse is a dark reddish-brown with a white star and feathering and a black mane and tail. This piece is not believed to be vintage due to the type of phillips head screw present in the side of the horse; however, this may be due to the screw being a replacement as suggested by the head of the screw appearing to be a little too out of place (not sitting flush or close to flush with the body). Overall, horse is in good shape but is missing paint, most notably on the feathering. The ears appear to be in rough shape but this is believed to be a result of the casting process. Piece has been lightly lubricated to prevent tarnishing. Age and manufacturer unknown. Weighs about 2:2lbs. Sold as-is.
