Comments from us
All the works of Tokuro, who was considered a master of the potter's wheel, are wonderful. This book is one of our recommendations. The vase that caused the "Einin no Tsubo" incident is also included in the book.
"Einin no Tsubo" Incident: an old pottery forgery case in which a vase designated as an important cultural property of Japan as a masterpiece of Koseto ware from the Kamakura period was actually made by KATO Toukuro. Some people said, "After this incident, KATO's fame as a man who could create important cultural properties was enhanced.
