The hood has a drawstring to tighten it around the face, is removable via buttons

Two front hand pockets outside, not lined, closes with 5 buttons which are on tight

Under arm seam to under arm seam: 17" across

16" Shoulder, Sleeves are 22.5" long from shoulder, 15.5" from armpit

Shoulder to bottom hem: 48.5", has 21" slit in back!

Waist is approx 19" across, has matching belt to make tighter

Machine washable, Great to wear over a dress or suit

It has a little shine to it - can you tell? Water repellant/resistant

Gently used, Great Condition! No stains, pulls, etc.
