You are looking at the OEM ventilated front brake rotors off of a 1985 GL1200 Goldwing Limited Edition, will fit the 1986 Sei too.

Good shape, not scraped, scored or warped, measure 10.5 mm thick (min thickness is 9.0 mm) 

20 bucks to ship to the lower 48, 95 bucks to Overseas.
