Payments

Our only method of payment is Paypal. Paypal accepts all credit and debit cards and you do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal. 

Shipping

We use a number of delivery couriers and services including DPD, Royal Mail and Palletways. It will depend on the size and weight of the item to which courier or service will be used. Please check the top of the ebay listing page under the Postage section. Here you will be given an estimated delivery date for your order. 

We offer free delivery on the majority of our items for mainland uk however for some areas in the uk such as Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and Islands, channel Islands, Isle of man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles, there is an additional charge by the courier so we have to pass this on to the customer. The delivery charge will be automatically calculated and displayed under the Postage and Payments tab based on your location.

We also ship to a number of European countries, again you will be automatically quoted under the Postage and Payments tab.

Returns

We are happy to offer an extended 30 day returns policy on all our items. If you wish to return your item please follow the instructions below -

1. Find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu

2. Select More Actions

3. Select return this item

4. Pick the reason why they are returning the item

If your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us via the ebay messaging system before you return the item. If you have received a faulty or damaged item please take some detailed pictures of the fault / damage including any damage to packaging, please send these pictures to us as an attachment to an ebay message. This cannot be done from a mobile phone.

For all returns please ensure you leave a note inside the parcel with your ebay user id and stating the reason for the return. Please ensure you use the original packaging, do not write on the packaging and do not use excessive parcel tape. We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt. Thank you.
