Around the rim of the burner embossed with a patent date in 1880s (I think - hard to make out, but definitely 1800s), also "BRIDGEPORT BRASS CO.", "OTHER PATENTS PENDING", "MADE IN U.S.A. AUG 9, 18--(not sure)"
Lovely pearl top clear glass chimney included
