Please review images closely.  This is a fine replacement if your steering wheel is worn through.  This is not for a show truck in my honest opinion.  No tears through the rubber but top can rotate around the internal metal bar.

The horn button is in really nice shape.  Removed myself with no stripping or damage to the threads.  I gave it a garage cleaning but I'm sure you can do better.
