Terms, Conditions & Postage.

International & EU orders: The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees on orders delivered within the EU or internationally, these are not included in the order price. Packages sent back to us as a result of unpaid customs fees, refusal, non collection or non compliance with instructions given by the courier will be refunded minus shipping costs and any costs incurred.

Re-Delivery: If an item is returned because of non-delivery re-delivery will be charged at the original shipping rate paid. The amount due must be paid prior to re-delivery.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all shipments. Please follow all information relating to your shipment tracking number to avoid any non-delivery.

Returns Policy.

Unopened items: Unopened items may be returned as stated on the product details page. The packaging must be in the same condition as it was upon receipt.

Opened items: Opened items are not eligible for returns - this includes: (1) Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging (2) Items that have visible indications that the packaging has been opened.

Damaged and defective items: Any defective items or items damaged in transit may be returned for replacement of the same item. If the item is no longer available you will be issued with a refund. The following issues do not qualify as a defective product: (1) Minor cosmetic paint issues (2) Items that have been described with defections within the product details page.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments: A refused shipment will be treated as a return. If a shipment is returned due to an error on your part (e.g. incorrect address provided or maximum number of delivery attempts exceeded) any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped.
