This is the 1997 Limited Edition (#1,817 of 1,997) Michael Waltrip #21 Citgo Chrome Chase 1/64 nascar diecast by Racing Champions.  Item is in decent shape for its age with some shelf wear to the card and price-tag damage, see photo for condition.  Check out my other items for more diecast!
