| includes | I have owned this for over 25 years. It's used but in very good condition. Has been kept wrapped in a prayer shawl given on retreat, stored at the foot of my shrine. NB - This is a practice for which transmission has to have been received (received by Namkhai Norbu in Italy retreat centre). Inside is immaculate. The booklet lays flat and has very limited handling wear due to me having made photocopies and using those instead. |
