We shall send your parcel to the address which is on your eBay account. Please ensure that this address reflects your choice of delivery location.

We offer a 60 day returns policy where you can return your item for a refund. The buyer is responsible to pay the return postage costs (unless the wrong item was sent or the item is faulty). You must return it with original tags, packaging and in a saleable condition. We cannot accept any returns of underwear due to hygiene reasons. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order. We aim to process all refunds within 2 working days of receipt.
