This is a vintage ashtray (commercial...P 21) advertising HB cigarettes. It says "HB The No.1 filter in Europe" on all 3 sides of the triangle.

It is 4" by 1-1/2" tall and made of MELAMINE in ITALY by MEBEL (see pic of marked bottom). It is in very good condition.
