Although designed as a single mag pouch for USGI steel magazines, we have found that this pouch works superbly as dual purpose to retain a CAT tourniquet with or without the shock cord engaged. Fitment without the shock cord is snug enough for mitigating loss of the CAT, but allows for rapid deployment.
