From 2016's "Shin Godzilla" movie, it's an incredible Godzilla figure sculpted by the master himself, Sakai Yuji!  This is the "Heat Radiation" color version.  This fixed-pose, fully-finished plastic figure stands approximately 8 inches tall from head to toe (even taller to the tip of his tail!), and about 14 inches long.  From Banpresto's "Toru Paka" lottery series of figures.
