A beautiful English solid sterling silver and glass holy communion flask or bottle and four cups. It is hallmarked for London 1963 with the maker being William Bush & Son Ltd. It has been superbly designed with the lid being engraved with a crucifix and the IHS and it still retains its original cork. It and is in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. The bottle measures approx. 4 inches (10cm) tall by 1.5 inches (3.6cm) across the base by 1.25 inches (3cm) across the lid, the cups measure 1.5 inches (3.8cm) tall by 1.25 inch (3.2cm) across the rim (very slightly different sizes) and the whole set weighs 174 grams. A very good quality well made piece.
