You are looking at a 2015 Marvel Comics Amazing Spider-Man Ultimate Collection Volume 1 soft cover graphic novel TPB, 3rd printing. This book collects issues #30 through #45, the first sixteen issues of writer J. Michael Straczynski's and artist John Romita Jr's's early 2000s run on Amazing Spider-Man. It also includes work by Mike Deodato and Joe Quesada. It is in new, never read condition. From the publisher:
