Thousands of star-shaped pinkish-purple flowers form each perfectly round head 2" across above stout 6"-8", strap-like leaves. each plant is covered in dozens of flowers.

They bloom in mid to late summer into early fall and lasts for weeks in the garden and make beautiful cut flower arrangements. You can also dry the spent flower heads for long lasting dry arrangements.

the foliage is edible and can be used in culinary dishes.

Allium makes a dramatic focal point that draw pollinators and butterflies that will stop traffic.

these seeds do not need any pretreatment. just plant and they will sprout up right away. A very low maintenance beautiful plant.
