Vintage Key Wind Celluloid Gymnast or Acrobat toy. 

When wound the boy swings round and round and reverses and swings backwards with tons of action and flips. 

The gymnast measures 5 1/2" tall and the metal stand or apparatus is 7" in height and about 7" wide. 

He works great and is fun to watch.
