RETURN POLICY/ WARRANTY 

We sale quality products which we hope will meet your need. But for peace of mind, we offer a free returns policy on faulty items in a situation such occur. Please note: Any returned items must be deemed faulty for you to be eligible for our free returns.

All items purchased has 14 days return, in a situation you have changed your mind and wish to return any of our product, you can do so by informing us within 14 days from the day you receive the item. You should return the product to us as soon as possible, and no longer than 14 days from the date you notified us. You will be expected to pay for the cost to return the product and in its original box and condition.

It is important you check your product as soon as is delivered to you and report any issue to us.

Replacements or refunds are usually received within 4-7 days from when we have received the item.

Warranty explained

You have 30 days to return any item if it stop working, the warrantee does not cover accidental damaged, misuse, cabinet pats, knobs, consumable item or any other physically damage due to carelessness. All items must be used for domestic purposes.

Any returns are processed through eBay.

No return for international postage, please understand this before ordering outside of United Kingdom.

This does not diminish your statutory right if you choose not to proceed.
