You are purchasing a pre owned LOT of 2 Essentials Oils by THE HERB STORE. This was a specialty essential oil, herb and vitamin store in Albuquerque, New Mexico in the late 80's - early 90's.
These are 100% PURE ESSENTIAL OILS. They are not diluted with any carrier oil!
They have never seen the light of day as they were stored in a large metal box.
Please see photographs for fill levels in addition to what I have detailed below.
The last picture has been color corrected so you can clearly see the fill line.

You will receive:
- ROSE GERANIUM 100% pure essential oil approximately 4ml 
- NEROLI 100% pure essential oil approximately 1/2 DRAM (possibly shy of 1/2 dram, hard to tell without ripping label)

These are 100% PURE ESSENTIAL OILS. They are not diluted with any carrier oil!
