This is a Vintage 1978  Effanbee HATTIE HOLIDAY HALLOWEEN  GYPSY 15" Doll With Hang Tag #1663.

Hattie has blonde hair & is wearing a rainbow dress & head scarf & a black eye mask.

Her hair still has the hair net on the back of her head.

The doll is excellent condition with hang tag, no box.
